Surah Al-Layl(21 Ayet) In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the Night as it conceals (the light); (Surah Al-Layl, 1)
By the Day as it appears in glory; (Surah Al-Layl, 2)
By (the mystery of) the creation of male and female;- (Surah Al-Layl, 3)
Verily, (the ends) ye strive for are diverse. (Surah Al-Layl, 4)
So he who gives (in charity) and fears ((Allah)), (Surah Al-Layl, 5)
And (in all sincerity) testifies to the best,- (Surah Al-Layl, 6)
We will indeed make smooth for him the path to Bliss. (Surah Al-Layl, 7)
But he who is a greedy miser and thinks himself self-sufficient, (Surah Al-Layl, 8)
And gives the lie to the best,- (Surah Al-Layl, 9)
We will indeed make smooth for him the path to Misery; (Surah Al-Layl, 10)
Nor will his wealth profit him when he falls headlong (into the Pit). (Surah Al-Layl, 11)
Verily We take upon Ourselves to guide, (Surah Al-Layl, 12)
And verily unto Us (belong) the End and the Beginning. (Surah Al-Layl, 13)
Therefore do I warn you of a Fire blazing fiercely; (Surah Al-Layl, 14)
None shall reach it but those most unfortunate ones (Surah Al-Layl, 15)
Who give the lie to Truth and turn their backs. (Surah Al-Layl, 16)
But those most devoted to Allah shall be removed far from it,- (Surah Al-Layl, 17)
Those who spend their wealth for increase in self-purification, (Surah Al-Layl, 18)
And have in their minds no favour from anyone for which a reward is expected in return, (Surah Al-Layl, 19)
But only the desire to seek for the Countenance of their Lord Most High; (Surah Al-Layl, 20)
And soon will they attain (complete) satisfaction. (Surah Al-Layl, 21)
